Explore

  • 2 hour 121 exploratory session (in person or zoom)

    The aim of this session is to audit & understand the current circumstances and objectives of the business including the offer, target client, areas of unique, values, vision and culture.  A pre-questionnaire will be given specifically designed to aid the conversation.

    The outcome will be a clear definition to the business or firm in its future offer, aspirations and goals.  The session will be a deep-dive to unlock the unique BRAND STORY, vision and values which are the fundamental building blocks to your brand

Define

  • Creation of the draft brand blueprint

    Insight101 will take the learning from the “explore” session and create a brand blueprint which is an ideal document for the team & the business owner to have clear direction in the business day to day aiding business decisions and defining culture and to be able to communicate the brand message consistently in all external marketing across all channels (website, social media, blogs, vlogs, white papers, etc).  It includes the brand offer, the unique nature of the business vs. the competition, ideal client, brand vision, values, culture and personality

Launch

  • The final draft of the brand blueprint & discussion of the integration of the work into the business

    This session is designed to take the business owner and team through the findings and to discuss next steps of how to effectively integrate this into the business.  Not every business has a marketing function and this is designed to get you started.  It will include any briefing of designers or agencies involved

The Brand Discovery Programme has been specifically designed for larger businesses and firms of 5+ employees.  The approach is designed to include the team and to get a broader understanding of their wants and needs.  This is key to ensuring the successful ownership of the work across the business.

(Businesses 5+ employees)

Explore

  • 1 hour 121 interviews of stakeholders and staff

    A questionnaire will be designed specifically for these sessions.  It will cover current perceptions of the business including its offer, clients, vision, values, culture, brand and the future potential of the business – ideal offer, clients, etc.  These are the fundamental building blocks to define the business’ future direction. The insights and themes coming out will be shared in a workshop and discussed as a collective.

Create

  • Creation of key themes coming out of the "Explore" session & workshop

    Insight101 will discuss with the team in a workshop session (face to face or zoom) the key findings coming out of the explore phase.  This includes, the brand positioning (including a market mapping), the competition, its USP, vision, values, culture and personality.  The team will be encouraged to discuss together and to build on the initial findings.  This will form the basis of the first draft of the blueprint.

Refine

  • Creation of a second draft of the brand blueprint

    This is based on collective feedback from the first draft.  It will be edited and refined to better reflect combined option of the way forward.

Launch

  • Launch workshop

    The brand blueprint will be explained in detail during a workshop and there will be the discussion of next steps for the team, the business, clients and all marketing.  Frequently there is the briefing of a designer to start the update of the company website and other marketing assets.  There will be discussion of the implications for future marketing and how the blueprint can be best used to be fully integrated into all aspects of the business.
